BETTY'S SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
3 lb. ground chuck
3 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. salt - to taste
3 tbsp. pepper - to taste
1 sm. onion
No oil needed

Chop onion. Use one egg to each pound of meat. Take bread crumbs in hand - make a "fistful". To each pound add salt and pepper, onion. Make meatballs small and fry until done.

If you want to make gravy, remove meatballs from pan and add flour and water.
