CARROT PUDDING | |
2 c. cooked mashed carrots 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 stick butter 1 c. milk 3 eggs, well beaten 2 heaping tablespoons flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. chopped pecans Mix all ingredients together well. Bake in greased casserole at 350 degrees for 1 hour. If not nicely browned on top, place under broiler for a minute or two. Serves 6. |
