WOLFF'S FAMILY CHICKEN LIVERS | |
1 tub fresh chicken livers (available at supermarket) 5 or 6 hard boiled eggs, chopped 1 medium onion, diced fine 1 to 2 tbsp. oil 1 tbsp. mayonnaise (optional) salt and pepper, to taste Boil chicken livers. Drain well. Crush livers and mix with eggs, onion, oil and mayonnaise. Add seasonings, to taste. Serve on saltine crackers. Submitted by: Rob Wolff |
