WOLFF'S FAMILY CHICKEN LIVERS 
1 tub fresh chicken livers (available at supermarket)
5 or 6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 medium onion, diced fine
1 to 2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. mayonnaise (optional)
salt and pepper, to taste

Boil chicken livers. Drain well. Crush livers and mix with eggs, onion, oil and mayonnaise. Add seasonings, to taste.

Serve on saltine crackers.
