CHICKEN LIVER PATE | |
1 lb. chicken livers 2 onions, chopped 2 tbsp. chicken fat 2 hard boiled egg yolks Brown onions in 2 tablespoons of chicken fat. Add chicken livers and fry 10-15 minutes. Add egg yolks and put through meat grinder. |
