PUMPKIN PIE 
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 c. wheat germ
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. mace
Frozen pie crust

Mix ingredients. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, then at 300 degrees until done (knife in center comes out dry).
