PUMPKIN APPLE BREAD 
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
3 egg whites, beaten
1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
1 1/2 c. raisins, plumped
1 c. peeled shredded apple
1 1/2 c. canned pure pumpkin

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with Pam.

Combine flour, sugar, soda, powder, cinnamon and allspice in a large bowl. Combine egg whites and milk in another bowl. Add to dry ingredients. Mix well.

Add raisins and apple. Blend well. Pour into loaf pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes. Cool 20 minutes on rack.
