MEXICAN BAKED CORN | |
1 can creamed corn 1/2 c. corn meal 1/2 c. Wesson oil 2 eggs, well beaten 1 chopped onion 3/4 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. chopped green chilies 1 c. grated cheese Combine all ingredients, except cheese, and layer one-half in medium casserole. Then put a layer of cheese and the rest of the corn mixture. Top with more cheese and bake for 35 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
