MEXICAN BAKE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lg. jar Chi Chi salsa
4 lg. tortilla shells
1 lb. shredded cheese

Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add soups and salsa and simmer for 15 minutes. Break tortilla shells into small pieces. Layer tortilla pieces, ground beef mixture, and cheese. Repeat layers. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees in a 9x13 inch pan.
