MEXICAN BAKE 
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 c. water
1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and rained
1 avocado, sliced, if desired
1 c. thick taco salsa
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Grease pie plate 10 x 1 1/2 inch. Mix Bisquick, water and beans. Spread in pie plate. Layer remaining ingredients on bean mixture. Bake 30 minutes, 375 degrees. Serve with sour cream if desired.
