MEXICAN HOT CHOCOLATE 
1 tsp. cocoa
3 tsp. sugar
1/3 c. powdered milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Fill cup with hot water and stir. Top with 1 tablespoon whipped cream. We used a coffee server to heat the hot water. This recipe makes one cup. Repeat the recipe until you have enough for the entire class.
