1/2 c. butter
3 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 pt. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
8 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
6 tsp. baking powder

Mix into a large bowl creaming butter, beaten eggs and sugar first; add remaining ingredients and then sour cream and flour alternately. Roll out on lightly floured surface, cut into shapes. Bake at 400 degrees for 4 to 5 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheets. Cool and frost as desired.
