TACO DIP 
1 can refried beans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 pkg. taco sauce
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
black olives, chopped
tomatoes, diced
scallions, diced fine

Spread refried beans in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco sauce in a separate bowl. Mix until well blended. Spread mixture over beans. Top this mixture with shredded Cheddar cheese. Garnish with black olives, tomatoes and scallions. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips.
