QUICK MIX WHOLE WHEAT PANCAKES
2 cups whole-wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
2 cups milk
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Stir together dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, and oil. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened (batter may be lumpy). Cook on preheated griddle until bubbles form and edges start to dry. Flip and cook until lightly browned. I like to serve with sliced strawberries and bananas, drizzled with honey.

Easy recipe! I made the whole recipe and had enough pancakes for 3 people, and a few leftover to freeze. I added 1 tsp of vanilla and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon. I also added pears and dried cranberries. To make it healthier, I substituted the oil with 2 tbsp of applesauce. Will definitely make again.

This recipe is amazing. Its very easy to make half, and it comes out Light and fluffy. I added cinnamon to the mix and some vanilla, then once in the pan I added brown sugar and cinnamon before I flipped them and it made an amazing crunch crust on one side! Next time I will try the same thing with some pecans ;).

An excellent and healthful recipe that makes delicious pancakes. They weren't quite sweet enough for me so I added 2/3 cup of applesauce and loved the result. A teaspoon of cinnamon also added a little extra flavor and of course went great with the apple flavor.

These are absolutely the best pancakes I have made so far. I used coconut oil instead of vegetable oil and after cooked drizzled them with agave nectar....YUM

These were really nice, especially because they didn't have sugar in the recipe. I added a tiny bit of almond extract and topped it with raspberries. Very nice combo.

Great pancakes! Ive never made them with whole wheat, it made them filling and more nutritious than regular white flour pancakes! I added chopped pecans and a dash of cinnamon.

Just prepared these pancakes with my sister whom has never had whole wheat pancakes before....she loved them! We made an apple syrup to go on top, they were great! I'm going to freeze left overs for a quick breakfast during the week.

Delicious. Thought that using only whole wheat flour would hurt, but pancakes were awesome. Used a blender.

I added 3/4 of a diced banana (served the rest on top) and 1/2 a cup of walnuts. Soooo good. The walnuts gave it an awesome texture and it will now be a staple of "breakfast for dinner" at our house.
