HOT CLAM DIP 
1 can minced clams, drained, but reserve 1 tbsp. juice
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. onion or equivalent onion flakes
1/2 - 1 tsp. curry powder

Soften cream cheese to room temperature and add all other ingredients. If too thick to stir, add a little more clam juice or water. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until hot and bubbly. Serve with Fritos. Easy and delicious to even those who think they can't eat clams!
