CRANBERRY MEATBALLS | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. tomato juice 2 slices bread, crumbled Salt and pepper 1/3 c. brown sugar 1 tbsp. minced parsley 1 egg 1 can jellied cranberry sauce 1 tbsp. lemon juice Mix well, roll into balls. Brown in butter. Mix cranberry sauce, lemon juice and brown sugar. Pour over top of meatballs. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes. |
