REMARKABLE DUMP CAKE 
Non-stick spray
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 can (16 oz.) cherry pie filling (can use blueberry, blackberry, raspberry or peach)
1 yellow cake mix
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter

Coat sides and bottom of 13x9x2 inch baking dish with non-stick spray. Dump in canned pineapple and spread evenly. Dump in canned pie filling and spread evenly over pineapple. Crumble cake mix directly from box over filling, then cover with chopped nuts. Slice butter into pats and layer on top of nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

Excellent. I made it with peach pie filling and crush pineapple, all ingredients I had on hand. Easy. Moist. It was served a crowd at a pot luck. I left off the nuts (and added a light vanilla glaze glaze).
