CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (#2) can cream style corn
3/4 c. corn meal
2 eggs, beaten
6 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. garlic salt

Mix all ingredients together and pour half of mixture in a casserole dish. Spread with mild chili peppers, chopped and 1 to 2 cups of grated cheese. Cover top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 45 to 60 minutes.
