STUFFED SHELLS 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lg. pkg. lean ground beef
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Jumbo pasta shells
Your favorite spaghetti sauce

Prepare spinach as directed on package. Brown meat in a fry pan and drain; add cream cheese and spinach. Add lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix all together well. Cook shells according to directions on box. Stuff shells with meat mixture and place in casserole dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
