STUFFED SHELLS 
16 oz. box jumbo shells
2 boxes frozen spinach, drained
2 eggs, beaten
1 lb. ricotta cheese
1 lb. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Cook shells al dente. Mix all the above ingredients. Stuff shells with rounded teaspoons full of mixture. Cover with spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with grated Romano cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
