STUFFED SHELLS 
3 c. of jar or homemade sauce
1 box jumbo pasta shells
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
3 c. Polly-O Ricotta cheese
1 pkg. (12 oz.) shredded Mozzarella (divided)
Pinch of nutmeg
Pepper to taste

Cook shells according to directions; drain. In large bowl combine spinach, Polly-O Ricotta cheese, 3/4 cup Mozzarella, nutmeg and pepper and blend well.

Place thin layer of sauce into baking dish. Stuff each shell with cheese mixture. Arrange shells over sauce and spoon additional sauce on top. Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
