STRAWBERRY-RHUBARB JAM 
4 c. cut up rhubarb
4 c. sugar
1 can strawberry pie filling mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello

Combine rhubarb, sugar and pie filling mix in kettle and bring to boil. Lower to simmering and let simmer stirring occasionally for 30 minutes. Remove and stir in strawberry Jello at once and stir until dissolved. Fill jars and seal as you usually do.
