RHUBARB STRAWBERRY JAM | |
4 c. rhubarb, cut fine 3 c. white sugar 1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello Mix rhubarb and sugar. Let stand overnight. In morning, bring to a good boil. Remove from heat and add strawberry Jello, then boil 2 minutes. Put in jars and seal. Can also be put in freezer. |
