STRAWBERRY AND RHUBARB JAM | |
4 c. rhubarb, cut fine 2 c. strawberries 4 c. sugar 1 pkg. strawberry Jello Mix rhubarb, strawberries and sugar. Let stand at least 30 minutes. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, let it cook for 12 minutes, stirring all the time. Remove from heat. Stir in Jello and stir until dissolved. Pour into glasses and cover with paraffin. |
