STRAWBERRY RHUBARB JAM | |
Strawberries Rhubarb, cut in 1/2" pieces 4 c. sugar 1 c. Additional sugar Mash the strawberries. Cut the rhubarb into 1/2 inch pieces, combine and mix. Add 4 cups of the sugar; bring to a rolling boil and boil 4 minutes. Add the remaining sugar and boil again for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour into hot jars and seal. Makes 5 half pints. |
