CORN CASSEROLE 
1 c. whole kernel corn
1 c. cream corn
1/3 c. sugar
Salt and dash of pepper
1 c. (8 oz. pkg.) sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Mix all together well and bake in 2 quart casserole for 1 hour at 350 degrees. This makes a nice potluck dish!
