CORN CASSEROLE FOR CORNBREAD

1 can cream corn
8 oz. sour cream
2 lg. eggs
1 sm. box Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 sticks butter

Melt butter in 2 liter souffle dish. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown.
