QUICK SUGARLESS APPLE PIE 
1 (12 oz.) can apple juice concentrate
1 tbsp. cornstarch
4 c. sliced apples
1 tsp. apple pie spice
2 unbaked pie crusts

Mix cornstarch and apple juice; cook until mixture begins to clear. Stir in apples and spice. Pour into unbaked pie crust and top with second crust. Cut slits in top crust for steam to escape. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
