SUGARLESS APPLE PIE 
1 (6 oz.) can frozen concentrated apple juice
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
5 to 6 Golden Delicious apples, peeled, cored, sliced (6 c.)
1 tbsp. butter, chopped
1 graham cracker crumb crust

In an 8-cup glass measure, microwave apple juice on 100% power (high) 1 minute or until thawed. Stir in cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir in apples and butter. Cover with wax paper. Microwave on 100% power (high) 4 minutes. Stir; microwave on 100% power (high) 5 minutes or until apples are fork-tender. Cool 20 to 30 minutes. Spoon into crumb crust. Cool completely before serving. Makes 8 servings. 220 calories.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
