SUGARLESS APPLE PIE 
1 (12 oz.) can frozen apple juice
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. butter
5 c. sliced apples
2 pie crusts

Cook apple juice, cornstarch and spices until thick; add salt and stir. Add apples and mix well. Pour into pie shell and top with second shell or make lattice top. Prick holes in shell if you use whole shell. Brush top with butter. Bake at 400 degrees until brown.
