ASIAN BARBECUED CHICKEN 
4 lb. chicken, washed, cut into pieces
Salt & black pepper
1/2 c. Honey Mustard
1 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. peanut oil
1/2 tsp. dried red pepper, crushed
1/4 c. chili sauce
1/2 c. Hoisin Sauce
2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped

Place chicken in baking pan. Season with salt and pepper. Place mustard in a small bowl, slowly add remaining ingredients. Prepare barbecue and grill chicken. When chicken is just about done, brush with sauce. Turn and coast remaining side. Continue to coat chicken until it is done and sauce is used. Serves 4-5 people.
