8 MINUTE CHEESECAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream (1/2 pt.)
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 Keebler ready crust graham cracker pie crust
Fresh strawberries

Beat cream cheese until smooth, gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping, blending well. Spoon into pie crust shell. Chill until set at least 4 hours. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
