CHEESE CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
2 ( 3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can Golden Key evaporated milk, chilled
36 Keebler grahams
1 stick butter

Dissolve Jello in hot water and let cool. Cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Whip chilled evaporated milk to consistency of whipped cream. Mix Jello and cheese mixture together. Fold in whipped cream. For crust, mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Put half of crust on bottom of pan; then cheese filling and rest of crust on top. Refrigerate until set.
