CHEESECAKE PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip, thawed
1 Keebler ready crust (chocolate)

Beat cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. If desired, add a couple drops of red or green food coloring for color. Spoon into crust. Chill until set (about 4 hours).
