CHEESE CAKE 
6 oz. Keebler Graham Cracker Ready Pie Crust
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Blend softened cream cheese with an electric mixer in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice, blending in each ingredient as you add. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with Wilderness blueberry pie filling as topping. Makes 8 servings.
