FROZEN MOCHA CHEESECAKE 
1 1/4 c. chocolate wafer cookie crumbs (24 cookies)
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted

(Or 2 Keebler chocolate cookie pie crusts.) 1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk 2/3 c. chocolate syrup 1 tbsp. instant coffee 1 tsp. hot water 1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped

In small bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and butter. In buttered 13 x 9 inch baking dish or 2 pie plates, pat crumbs firmly on bottom and sides of pan, chill. This step can be omitted if you buy the Keebler prepared pie shells.

In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy, add condensed milk and syrup. In small cup, dissolve coffee in water; add to milk, syrup and cheese. Mix well. Fold in whipped cream and pour into prepared pan or shells, cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Garnish with additional crumbs. You may also top with whipped cream.
