EASY ELFIN CHOCOLATE CHIP
CHEESECAKE
 
1 Keebler ready crust graham cracker pie crust
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 c. (6 oz.) mini chocolate chips

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping, blending well. Stir in mini chocolates. Spoon into crust. Chill until set, at least 4 hours. Garnish with whipped topping, chocolate shavings or fruit if desired.
