CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE | |
1 fryer, cooked and when cooled, pull off of the bone 2 pkgs. frozen or 1 bunch fresh broccoli, cooked (fresh broccoli, uncooked) Lay broccoli on bottom of casserole dish. Spread out until it covers the bottom. Place chicken pieces on top of the broccoli. The mix together: 1 can cream of chicken soup 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1/4 tsp. curry powder Spread this on top of the chicken and broccoli. Then cover with bread crumbs or cheese croutons. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Keep covered for first 15- 20 minutes, then uncover for rest of baking time. |
