BROCCOLI - CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or 2 bunches fresh
2 c. cooked chicken breast (6 - 8 breasts)
1 c. mayonnaise
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Cook broccoli in salted water (do not overcook). Drain. Place in 4 quart casserole with tops outside, stems to middle. Layer breast over broccoli. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry together. Pour over breasts. Sprinkle cheese over sauce and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until bubbly.
