BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER
CASSEROLE
 
2 boxes frozen broccoli or fresh
1 fresh cauliflower
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can of mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) Cheez Whiz
1 can French fried onion rings

Cook and drain vegetables; place in greased casserole dish in layers. Combine soups and Cheez Whiz and heat on low temperature until cheese is melted. Pour over vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and add onion rings. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
