CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 whole, cooked chicken breasts, boned, skinned, and cut into chunks
1 lg. bunch broccoli, salted and cooked
1 can water chestnuts
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, slightly precooked
Juice of 1 lemon
1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. curry powder
Dash of pepper
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Heat mayonnaise, juice, 1/3 cup cheese, and chicken soup until combined and melted. Add curry and pepper. Layer in long casserole dish, chicken, mushrooms, and chestnuts, and broccoli until gone. Pour sauce over the top. Top sauce with 1 cup cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
