TURKEY - BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli spears (I always use fresh steamed broccoli)
2 sm. cooked chicken or whole turkey breast
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. bread crumbs or toast

Cook broccoli in salted water until tender. Drain. Put in a 9 x 13 greased baking pan. Add pieces of turkey or chicken, deboned. Combine soup with 1/2 cup milk. Add rest of ingredients except bread and cheese. Pour over turkey. Sprinkle with cheese - then buttered crumbs.

You can also do the same "sauce" for Ham-Cauliflower casserole.
