TURKEY AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, cooked
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 3/4 c. turkey broth or consomme
1 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. dry wine (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 c. diced, cooked turkey or chicken
Grated Parmesan cheese

Arrange broccoli in greased, shallow casserole dish. Melt butter; stir in flour. Add broth, milk, and wine. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened and smooth. Cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes. Season to taste. Spread turkey over broccoli in baking dish. Cover with sauce. Sprinkle generously with cheese. Bake in 400 degree oven about 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Yield 6 to 8 servings. Serve with spoon fried bread and salad.

Note: You may omit the wine and use broth instead.
