BROCCOLI AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
20 oz. frozen broccoli spears
2 1/2 lb. chicken, cooked and deboned
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar)
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter

Cook broccoli until tender. Arrange in ungreased shallow baking dish with chicken pieces on top. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder and pour over chicken. Sprinkle cheese on top, follow with bread crumbs and melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
