CHICKEN - BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1 c. mayonnaise
2 (10 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter

Stew chicken (cool and bone). Steam broccoli until tender. Grease 11 x 7 inch casserole. Place chicken in bottom, broccoli on top.

Combine mayonnaise, soup, curry powder and lemon juice. Pour over broccoli and sprinkle with mixture of cheese and bread crumbs. Combine with butter. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
