WILLIAM AND MARY BROCCOLI AND
CHICKEN CASSEROLE
 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
2 c. or more sliced cooked chicken
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter

Cook broccoli until tender. Arrange in greased casserole. Place chicken on broccoli. Combine mayonnaise, soup, lemon juice and curry. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese.

Mix crumbs and butter and sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serves 6-8.
