BEEF BURGUNDY 
4 lb. lean skewer beef
1 env. onion soup mix
1 can golden mushroom soup
3/4 can red cooking wine

Place meat in casserole dish. Thoroughly mix soup and wine. Pour over meat, stir in. Cover casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Small whole onions, carrots or mushrooms may be added 20 minutes before meat is finished. Serve over rice or noodles.
