BEEF AND MUSHROOM KABOBS 
3 lb. lean beef, round or chuck
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 1/2 lb. cherry tomatoes
1 large can of large pineapple chunks
1 1/2 c. green pepper squares
1 1/2 c. onion wedges

Marinade:

1 c. salad oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. cracked pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced

Combine marinade ingredients. Cut meat into 1 1/2 inch cubes and add marinade; cover and refrigerate for 24- 36 hours, turning meat occasionally to coat all pieces. Fill skewers alternating meat with mushrooms, pepper squares, cherry tomatoes, pineapple and onion wedges until each skewer stick is full. Broil over hot coals to rare or medium rare, brushing frequently with melted butter, and turning often.

Serves: 6-8 people.
