POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hash brown potatoes (thawed)
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
2 tbsp. dried minced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. diced American cheese
1 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and bake for 1/2 hour or until cheese is melted.
