CHICK-A-SAUS AND RICE 
4 boneless chicken breasts, chopped bite sized
1 lg. link of Italian sausage, chopped bite sized
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. garlic salt
Dash pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 can chicken broth
2 c. UNCLE BEN'S® rice

Add small amount of oil to large fry pan. Brown chicken, sausage, onion and green pepper. Add garlic salt, pepper and paprika. Measure chicken broth - add water t omake 3 3/4 cups. Pour into frying pan with chicken, bring to boil. Add rice, reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until rice has absorbed the liquid. Serves 6.
