BEEF STIR FRY 
1 lb. round or sirloin steak, sliced thin
1 head broccoli, cleaned and cut into florets
1 head cauliflower, cleaned and cut into florets
1 onion, cut into slices vertically
1 lb. mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced diagonally
Soy sauce
Olive oil

Heat olive oil until smoking in wok. Add meat; stir until browned. Push to sides. Add vegetables and stir until soft but yet crunchy. Add soy sauce about 2 tablespoons. Mix meat and vegetables together. serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
